Home Group Classes

GROUP CLASSES- Group Classes are an important part to your learning process. They give you the opportunity to dance with a variety of partners, develop good dance habits, practice and meet other students in the studio. In Group Classes we emphasize technique, style, and variation of patterns. This option if more affordable and ads an important "social aspect". For ABSOLUTE beginners recommend to start with: "Intro to Argentine Tango" Class.

Brief History: First appearing in the 1880's, tango has developed and grown into one of the most popular dances in the world. Now people can experience it's whole essence, it's melodramatic lyrics and movements in Buenos Aires and many other cultural centers in the world.

Far from the caricatured performances in Hollywood movies, real tango expresses the emotions and tells the story of the Argentine people. Tango songs and dances are a rich source of poetic history and tell their own stories about Argentina and Buenos Aires.
